I have the same problem so I always park her nose down! I think the fuel settles out of the filter back to the tank. I would be interested in the proper solution!
Here is a shot of a data plate from M915A1 which shows registration number as NPO4Y9. The MWO plate below it has the same number listed as "serial number". Same number is stenciled on fender of truck. My M1009 has a similar number stenciled on the inside of the driver's door and the glovebox...

One manual I looked at showed the kingpin height of the M172A1 at 57.375" (I assume this means when level). After checking the trucks, I found these fifth-wheel heights
M915A1 49-51"
M818 53"
M911 64"
M916 65.75"
M920 67.75"
So it looks to me that...
