It looks like its under tension & locked up,right & You can't move the lever cuz it's under tension?.... Cut a link in the chain & watch out! BE CAREFULL!
Well I've rebuilt the air shift air cylinder & now I get the "klunk" when I engauge it. I can only hear it with the engine off and 90lbs on air in the tanks.
When I drive it around my storage yard and turn the corners the steering wheel gets "jerkey".
Am I doing something wrong? Did I screw up...
I think that this is the problem with my "NEW REBUILT" air shift T-case. I've got the rebuild kit. Can it be fixed without removing the T-case?
Thanks
Mike
I got this from Jim at Stephan Woods Products...
I got the attached file from Jim at Stephan Woods Products.
I'm looking to salvage some of the fiberglass boards on some M105 racks and e-mailed them. The reply is the attachment. Screws, washers & nylocks is what they now use on everything...
Are the wooden bows on my trailer suppose to be bowed? Or are they just slightly warped.
I'm planning on getting new ones cut at the local lumber yard & was just wondering.
Thanks
Mike

I had to relpace the cable and get the correct mounting hardware from Memphis Equipment for a new type replacement handle. It wasn't just a handle swapout....

I'm parting out 2 M105's as we speak. Got good springs. But I don't think you want to pay for the shipping on them from Southern Calif...
Let me know.
