No worries. You can usually rotate them in any picture viewing program (like "Windows Photo Viewer"). Sometimes you can even right click on them to bring up a rotate option.
Since the wheelbase of the 931 is 12" shorter than a 923 and since a deuce bed is shorter than a 5-ton bed, I would consider putting a deuce bed on the the 931 and not bobbing it. You would basically end up with a truck that is about 2-3' shorter than a 923. Conversely it would essentially be...

Heck Yeah! Put you a hinge on this and a mechanism to raise and lower the tire mount and you'll be slicker than a can of oil.
I think you should consider a gull wing tool/parts box/cabinet on the other side though.

What do you plan on doing with the area where your fenders would have been (the area on each side of the engine)? You could do a really cool tool chest/cabinet on each side. In fact, you could hinge them at the top...

Instead of the Hulk it would be cool if you used that graphic but superimposed George Washington's face onto the Hulk's body. That would be patriotic and cool.
So by that logic, a $30 timer would actually become $47 because you still need connectors/mounts/etc, right? Post a link if when you get a chance for those timers. I'd like to see which ones you use and where you get them for that price.
Again, your best practice for your application. There are instances where a timer wouldn't make sense. I run my systems for hours at a time while tailgating and would not use a timer because I wouldn't want things (tv, powered antenna, stereo, subwoofers, speakers, PA's, train horn solenoid...
