adapter appreciate the information. One of the steel soldier members is sending me an adapter and then I will change the bulbs on the trailer to 24 volt. This should work for me. Just had the DOT inspection done on the M818. Will use this to pull my halftrack to events. thanks Geoff

This is what I am planning to pull with my M818.

Geico For my M818 insurance, J.C. Taylor said they did not insure vehicles like this. Hagerty said Virginia (where I live) considers the M818 a 'commercial vehicle' so they wont insure it, but Geico insured it on line for $85 a year without any problems. Go figure.

I own an M818, want to find an adapter for the NATO 12 pin connector to a 7 pin connector on a tag along trailer. I realize I need to change the bulbs to 24 volt, but is there an off the shelf adapter I can use to connect the two electrically?

We might paint it later but like the desert tan color, the way it is now. This truck was bought on Ebay. Besides the tires problem there was one other, the gas pedal went to the floor when the throttle spring broke, fortunately this was not such a problem due to the low max speed, just pulled up...
