Battery Tester - Save on this 6v/12v Battery Load Tester Hopefully, I will grab one this weekend and report back.

How does one do this without a load tester? Measure the battery voltage's surface charge. Turn on the high beams? Then measure where the voltage dropped to after a period of time? Thanks for your help! Sorry that it needs repeated.
