I know they aren't cheap and I always hate throwing money at problems, but if that doesn't cure the problem at least you know you have a good spare! Try replacing one at the time to see which one was the actual problem so you'll know for sure. Wes posted a write-up on how to check a coil over...

That's a good place to start. Is your coil new? When they start going bad they will get weak/quit when they get warm.
