Man, you guys have turned this thing into a MAJOR show this year! Can't wait for it myself. I still have to sort out a brake problem on the Jeep, then it will be ready to roll. Would love to come for the whole event, but I'm already having to take 3 days vacation to attend for the weekend. I...

You're right - I was thinking that GMRS was limited to 1w, but it IS 5w. The only thing is that you have to possess a GMRS license to use those frequencies with a GMRS radio - legally). https://www.fcc.gov/general/general-mobile-radio-service-gmrs.
Here's a thread about the very subject we are...
I have HUNDREDS of Military Vehicles Magazine (some VERY EARLY), Army Motors and Supply Line.
$2/ea in bulk (min 10 magazines - there will be a mixture of dates so that one or two people don't get ALL of the early MVM magazines).
$5/ea if you want me to wade through them for a certain date
Thanks Guys - makes me feel like we did a good job on her! I love driving, showing and talking about the deuce, but with it just sitting out there in the weather NOT getting driven or loved, you know what happens to these old girls - they go downhill FAST and then you spend more money and time...
