Thanks. I made it out of an 1" hex bar and cut some LH and a RH thread for 1/2"-20 ball joints through it which makes it now pretty easy to get belts tensioned. I might build me version 2.0 sometimes with some little improvements but I don't plan to sell this. If somebody would like to build it...

I build me this a couple of weeks ago for the alternator and I'm absolutely happy with it.

Changed the passenger frame rail this weekend. And here is the reason why, some not so nice repair and it already had some cracks around the weld.

Maybe I'm blind but I could not find the parts that I'm looking for. I would like to replace the part where the control for the winch is mounted and also the panel in the corner I also would like to get a new panel for the inner side of my a pillar Are they somewhere in the manual?

I'm looking for the numbers for the small parts around the doghouse And also for the inner a frame section.

Does anybody know in which TM you can find all the body part numbers? In the 9-2320-280-24P manuals are some of the outside panel numbers but nothing from the inner structure of the body. I have to replace some small panels and was hoping to find the numbers for them. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for my late response. It's about 4" long and I have one 0.5" nut on each side to secure it. Yes I made the whole thing by myself. I used a late and I had to buy me some 1/2"-20 taps. I found them on eBay.
