Do your research. look at what similar vehicles sold for on the different web auctions. Ask yourself what you would be willing to buy it for if it wasn’t yours. What upgrades have you done to it an price according. Real answer is what someone is willing to pay for it.

I follow a couple on yt. Tinyhouse prepper is their channel. They have a review for both the cub and the grizzly model. Might help you decide. They use it in their rv as main/alt heat source.

Just remember your buying a used vehicle from a auction or private sale. Except it to break at sometime usually when you least expect it.
