Hey that is slick! It looks like it belongs there.
Thanks to Wyatt for giving me the heads up on this and Bjorn for taking the bull by the horns and pulling through as usual. Great idea and the pic even shows the filter #.
Do you have the part # handy for the filter attachment bracket?
I have...
I guess that this question is directed more toward Cranetruck.
In conversing with Wyattearp he mentioned that you (Cranetruck) had a coolant filter installed that did not restrict the flow of coolant and was good for cleansing scale/sediments that could limit the flow of coolant through the...
Hey Warren,
Is that a Duece "Jockey Box" you have just to the left of the seat fer a trash can? [thumbzup]
Yer a true MV'r with parts to spare. [^]
Great upholstery job. Are you mobile??
That just cracked me up!!!
Those Clark Truck models sure are a lot easier to look at without all the chrome plating.
Arnold? Hmmm.....I don't think he goes for all the "bling-bling".
If it is his, then it's, "Hey Yo, Arnold! What are ya doin', eh? Ya bump yer haid?" [^]
I'm with...
I'm with you. The chrome is just way too much. Especially the engine side covers. that really looks tacky. And you can't even see the chrome hood hinges in the photos. Blech!!
I am pretty sure that it has the original Duece multifuel in it
The logo on the left side tool box below the door is...
Ok. So what's not green and still has some appeal?
A black Duece with a ton of eye wash that gets better the closer you get.
I was driving home through Malibu on Pacific Coast Highway today and I spotted this black Duece parked on the highway.
The work that went into this thing really stands...
Hi DF,
Do you have some info on how to get hold of him? Or an address?
Hesperia is only 1 1/2 - 2 hours from me.
I'm looking for a J-pipe and stack.
I would like to hit his place and Barstow yard and make a day of it - sack lunch, tool box, and a 44oz Bladder-Buster Diet Coke for the desert...

Shaazbaht!!!! (Kicking rocks) :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I'm going in with a dental pick next.
My goal is to get this thing registered this month and drive it more than 2 miles if it kills me.

I finally figured out the year of my truck. No stamped date on the frame rail and was really in bewilderment. I tried looking at the diffs to see if the date was stamped there but could not see them good enough.
I finally took a jewlers visor, a flashlight, and some steel wool under the truck...
I did like you did Mike. I bid on pictures alone. I already had an AMG M35 N/A model and that thing was a pile. I got it from a private party locally.
I bid on the truck at GL (with no inspection) for the tires, canopy, windshields, hardtop, turbo, tailgate, and maybe the motor if good -...
Oh man! I only got one. Say what happened to that map you were thinking of/talking about. I started thinking about that.
Ya know, there is a program I used in College called Arcview GIS that plots a database to a map rendered in Auto Cad.
We could use it and make a suitable for framing print to...
Another thing to consider when purchasing from GL (where I got my M35A2) is the credit card # you have to give them before you can bid. Make sure that your credit limit is sufficient for the amount you are going to spend on the truck. You can email them with instructions that you will send them...
SS,
I see the links for the T-shirt designs of liljohn and it says to vote for the front/back choice in the rally section.
I guess this here be the rally section?
Where do I vote? Florida? Should I bring my own chads? [^] [^] [^]
D'oh!!
Every design submitted for...
