+1 for ShoeGoo, Base-X even sends out ShoeGoo in their repair kits.

All the 14 bolt conversions I have seen use mid 70's Chevy 8 lug rotors and calipers. You have to be carefull, there are two thickensses of rotors so be sure to get the pair that work together. And for the 3rd time......you can't beat that price anywhere. Dana 60 or 14 bolt disc brake kit...
