OK, 1 of my front shocks is bent. They have springs on them like for the up armored cabs I guess. Should I replace just the bent shock with the helper spring or a pair with no springs. Pros and cons please? 2006 A1
Thanks, Tom
This is the switch on the back side of the drivers step. mine is missing so I need part number and it would be very useful to have a picture of the connector.
Thanks, Tom
2006 A1 LMTV has sat for a year and batteries have frozen so they will not even attempt to show a charge. If jumped with just 24 volts everything on truck is still dead. Yes both disconnect switches are on. Is this normal? Is 12 volts between batteries needed for something to enable?
Thanks, Tom
OK I have a 94 A0 that has driveshaft problems. So what I find is that these trucks came with the driveshafts not balanced at all. Seems stupid. Then there was a program to replace the shafts and stamp a D on the dash plate. My truck came with those shafts and 2000 miles. The rear shaft has...
Do you think your cab is all the way open? It is probably not and therefore is not locked and is not safe.
There is a oblong part that must rotate inside the top part on the cylinder. It is rusted to the bolt and cannot turn.
Loosen bolt, apply penetrating oil, rotate bolt. Apply grease inside...
94 A0 VERY hard to raise cab, VERY hard to lower cab. Air pump works very hard and labored, manual pump very hard to operate handle. Has steadily gotten worse over past 10 times of opening. Ideas? will not go over center when open. Will not self close after being over center.
I don't know where else to ask this but I need to find the wiring hookup for the tach on a MRAP JERRV.
It has 6 pins and I have worked out the power and illumination but need to see what kind of signal it gets from ??

There appears to be a grease fitting on the outside of frame rail behind steering box. I don't see it in any manual and it is too cold out to go looking for where it might go. Help?
Well what about it? Anyone balance their wheels? How is the weight of the CTIS stuff offset on the wheel? I balanced my M-35 wheels and found that it did not matter unless they were more than 16 oz out.
The 94 is a single channel system? My front and rear seem to do things independently of each other.
Also with the HGY mode set the engine fan cycles in cold weather with a cold engine, wet tank losing pressure?
How many would be interested in new keypads for your CTIS? Replacement would require great care but not to hard to do. New membrane with adhesive would be about $30. New switches also available if some of yours do not 'click' properly.

Anyone with a A0 have a faded and ugly display? The actual 1/16" thick panel is easily replaceable but just not available. I am making some if anyone wants them, cost will be determined soon but it is a not for profit thing.
