Wll,
Got a replacement green steering wheel to replace the severly sun cracked existing one on my truck.
Can someone tell be the size of the nut holding it on?
Anyone got any pointers on removing the old steering wheel?
I'm open to all sugestions
Thanks
mike Bogner
I've got a set of the quick air drain valves for my truck. I started to remove the old valves. They are not cooperating! They look to be brass? I don't want to bugger them up trying to remove them and not get them removed.
Any sugestions?
Thanks

Thanks for the info. I'll do the drivers side with 2 or 3 tubes or untill I hear a grease "pop" sound...
Is the grease fitting on the bottem just for the steering knuckle? Is there a front U-joint / CV with a grease fitting under the boot?
Thanks
I've taken the 2 plugs out of the front axel and put in 3 tubes 14oz of Delo Grease EP NLGI-2 (the blue stuff)just on the passenger side. If the thing was totallly empty, how much grease do these things hold? Nothings poped out of the pulg holes....Damm my arms are tired!
Did I screw something...
I did mine last year a a historical. Was real easy. I showed up at the dmv in Laguna Hills on the one sat. a month they are open. Got there at 7:15am, as they opened at 8am. I was 10th in line. Was done with temp reg. in hand by 9am, cost $193.00.
Here's what I did. I filled out a REG17a...
I'm working on my new to me 1985 Turtle Mtn M105a2. And I notice I'm missing one of the rear shackle? assemblies. Here's a picture.
I'm also looking for bows and front landing leg assembly. I'm open to sugestions.
Thanks Mike Bogner
I just want windows period!..I got all the parts and good glass, but don't look forward to doin it.
Soon though!..Got to justify buying all these parts..
Onward!!
Got my M105a2 from Barstow, and was wondering what is the correct type setup for the wheel's / wheel ? Its a 6/1985 Turtle Mountain. From what I've seen of the GL site, they all look to be the 2 smaller metal wheel. Nor the single larger one?
Any thoughts on the matter?
