It looks like flood lights have a different pattern then the headlights, also they only have 2 wires (as 98 Golf stated high beam only). I have the genuine headlights; three wire. It's just the low beam doesn't work. Might consider those flood lights as auxiliary lighting if they go down in price...
maybe you're confusing truck led's with the actual brand name Truck Lite...
Anyways they should be universal application (7inch round), and not only limited to trucks. especially considering they come in 12v vs 24v units. I've seen both listed for sale, and more marketed towards the newer...
You are right. No one follows the rules here anyways. Just the mere talk of a title on a hmmwv got me banned couple years ago. Now the mods just don't care.
Of course
it's 100% the lamp unit. I don't use the vehicle for on road use, and need the extra light on all the dirt roads, fields and what not. So I will never tear them apart to fix low beam issues. Not worth my time.
Not exactly what I was getting at. But I generally agree. A team of engineers (civilians) built these trucks, and ultimately lowest contract bidder. What I was getting at is that a lot of the new buyers are buying these trucks because they look cool / play army, and have no idea what it means to...
Have you tried starting the truck?
Does the bulb flash, or even light up for a fraction of a second when you put it to the middle position?
Are your batteries charged?
Wait light burned out? LOL
What year is yours? It's not the first time GP has let a "concept?/preproduction" truck get through the auctions.
But it's definitely home brew. Those welds are all cracked.
I agree with above. I'm leaning towards non brush guard too.

Do you have a specific question? A search of the forum will get you a part number for the replacement boot.
I'm not sure what you want from the grease mess, but it's part of the PMCS before any use especially daily driving any vehicle...
READ the TM :deadhorse:
I thought we just got done with a general consensus that the parking brake alone is a no go? Which it is.
Sop In the tm, and generally in the army is chock tires, and catch pan.
Don't forgot your pt belts guys. So your runaway hmmwv knows not to run you over...
