Up front now... All rust...

At the B pilar, I have found this foam ball... That's why the rust there. The water couldn't get out... :| Also there the cup for the pilar...

Started to clean from the back the sharps... But still need to clean the superficial rust inside...

Need also to make the drain holes in the new piece...

Need to cut this ones to the new parts... They are for the gun supports...

At the back is the same... all rust...

Up front, the old job done there in Germany is looking this piece of s$%&/ :evil:

This reinforcment doesn't exist in the new parts... Need to restore also... :|

Open a package...

After 5 days of work, is looking better... Still need to get the welding out...

The idea was make a mold... And works... Firts of 3... like original...

Clean the rust and old paint... Some holes for the welding...

The new patch...

Funny that the inside panel was allready painted green from new... and we found this cap to lubrificate the inside tunel... At the other side he have another one. Never been open for that... that's how the car is so rusty... :evil:

Sunday job... getting loose the metal out of the support with out damage...
