No not a TM. I ordered from amazon Green cover Dodge job related trucks shop manual C1 series all series. I will try and take a pic of it as soon as my battery charges. I also got a CD that covers C1 & C3 and I will see what that has in it.

I do not drive my Deuce very far. One thing the box seat might be bad for is you storing anything like heavy tools or any thing that will kill you. I do not carry anything in the cab that could hurt me if I some how flip the truck. The loose stuff in the cab can hurt / kill you.

Mk48 wheels fit the drums on those bigger drums. I did not like cutting into the drum to make other wheels fit. I did it but switched the drums out when I got the correct wheels.

As Wess said if they do not self adjust then good cleaning. All parts including the Actuator ( adjusting bolt sleeve ) and the guide pawl assembly. I never look into buying parts but I bet if you were care full getting the seal for adjustment plunger off you could reuse it.
