How high was the sill before the lift? To get my sill that high mine would have to go up nine inches. I think my springs are shot, the back ones are sitting on the helper springs with no load in the box and the front ones are real close to the rubber bump stop.
How much was your lift?
I had a friend change the fuel pump on mine, it would not pump fuel either. I had him take it out and check for the same thing, it was in correctly still wouldn't pump fuel took it of again to make sure it worked, yep pumped fuel must be good put it back in still nothing put the old one back in...
I have a bunch of these, they all are missing the tube that is under the sliding cover at the rear of the radio marked "danger high voltage". Slide it to the side and see if you can see it or an empty socket.
They do the same thing here in Iowa. They all so do it with washers, dryers, refrigerators, water heaters and I think air conditioners and dehumidifiers.
We used to take them to the scrap yard and get paid for them, not any more.
Mine is a M1008. 3 m35s, 1 M813, 2 M105s, 2 ammo trailers cant think of the number, 1 m101 with gas generators, 4 S-250E/G shelters.
The M813 doesnt run yet I think a liner is scored.
I tried the HMMWV tires on the front and they rubbed even when the truck was jacked up and the suspension at full drop.
Bummer I had custom wheels made for them, .50 BMG shells and grenades for cutouts and centers moved.
