Proper gaskets. A bit of a PITA but nothing that took more than a few minutes. RTV might be easier but if you plan to own your vic for awhile then you might wanna stick with gaskets. Much easier come replacement time.
I tested all glow plugs and gp circuits...controller.....PCB....ran all trouble shooting diagrams in the manual. Nothing. I had a 3rd echelon mechanic fly up from Texas and he confirmed that the pumps were all bad. Is it possible for cold weather to jack up a IP?
About two years ago, 11th Marine Regiment drove 10 of them, completely serviceable, out to the paintball range on Camp Pendelton for targets. The dude who ran the range wouldn't let anyone touch them. Complete waste. Sad. aua
I would like to offer a couple helpful hints. I replaced my oil pan gaskets yesterday in about 20 - 30 minutes, most of that time was spent putting the bolts back in and cleaning. Anyhow, I simply jacked the front axle up about 8 inches, then set the frame on jack stands and lowered the axle all...

The 15 digit VIN comes from the tag on the dash. I bought the truck from a local dealer who bought a bunch from Fort Leonardwood, MO. The title from him had a 1 in the front of it but doesnt match the tag. And its an 85'. I applied for the title 2 months ago and still havent received it so Im...
