With a tire size of 46", tranny in 5th gear (.78 ratio?), T-case in Hi (1:1 also), 6.72 gears in the Rockwells....It comes out at 2297RPM at 60mph.
Not bad?
Re: RE: M35 terminology
Are the clutches inside prone to wearing out?
Also, I am no stranger to the Rockwells. I've been into fourwheeling BIG ever since I could walk.
Thanks for the info!
If you have to use the 2-Ton stands...at least double them up.
You can even make your own 10-Ton stands relatively cheap:

Good luck and best of wishes on your trip! I see you're comming close to Roanoke. I could have gotten you into the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford for free. That place is definately something to see...
I don't think I would want to know the original price they wanted
That truck is just about what I want. Something that runs great, but needs some body work. I have never touched a diesel engine, so I really don't want something that's going to give me a lot of headaches...
Does this site allow you to post pictures with the [img] tags after a certian ammount of posts? Im just curious because all my pictures that I have are a little larger than the max. pixle size allowed, and I dont have any way to resize them.
