Gringeltaube,
The dog you have pictured is the one I have on my t case. It's mate however, INSIDE the PTO, is too long by about an inch. I can modify this one but would prefer finding one an inch shorter.
Thanks for your input,
I thought I would put a PTO winch off of a 5 ton on the rear of my Bobber. I bought a winch and mounted it between the frame rails behind the rear spring perches. Bought a transfercase PTO and made a propeller shaft. The PTO I bought had clutch dogs with a huge ramp on one side and a square...
It's all about making sharp edges for bite and getting rid of the continuous rib down the middle of the tire....Of course the rib is what makes them last longer on the pavement, but it's also what keeps you from climbing over a wet root or log. The pattern just works out asymmetrical. After...

thanks

#1 Too much. That's why I'm looking close to home.
#2 5/8 of course. And, that is why I asked under the '5 ton' forum since you are the guys that would have the right size, length and ends
I sure hope they are the same ( the output spline on the Deuce transfer case vs the 5 ton ) My PTO has a lever on it for a mechanical in and out. I plan on using the 5 ton PTO and 5 ton winch on the rear of my Deuce. How could a power divider be useful ? I guess I really don't even know what...
