I have been working on this truck for days now and happy to say that I'm 99% done with planed tasks and upgrades before my Ga Rally trip! The tractor protection valves are now installed and plumbed(per the Bendix install guide) using DOT approved compression fittings and polly air brake line...

Worked on a multifuel a couple weeks ago that wouldn't start, pulled the HH center bolt to check for plunger movement and got a little because the button (although fallen off) was laying in the right spot to cause a small amount of plunger compression. So.....don't be fooled, i was!

The jack shaft is the short drive shaft between the transfer case and transmission. Check all drive shaft flange bolts (especially the jack shaft) for proper tightness, i have seen these flange bolts loosen up to where I could turn them by hand, loose flange bolts will cause vibration.
