How do I remove this talcum powder residue?

I have a NOS vinyl top. It is coated with white powder. Most of it came off with Simple Green and water but it is stuck where it is caked on in a few spots. Any suggestions? Thanks

Anyone want to split some dash supports?

I am still looking for dash supports. When I do find them I am only going to need the bottom curved parts. If anyone needs the dash sides I would love to sell that parts to offset the cost of the parts. Anyone know where some are available and let me know if you need the sides.

Hey there. Think on those dash supports you could fab a straight piece of channel that I could notch out and bend?If it was like a half inch on one side and 6 or so inches on the other I could cut it and place in triangles and the areas where the bend is. Think that could work?
