    Need Assistance, I broke it!

I am in the process of switching my genny over to a alternator and you guessed it, I broke the pulley gettin it off the old genny. Anyone here got a spare M37 generator pulley? I would be more than happy to buy one from you as well as pay the freight, or if you know a source for a NOS or takeoff...

built up 251 finally in m37!!!

It sure looks good, I have a fresh motor in my truck so will stick with my stock 230 for a while, in the meantime I will keep my eyes open for a 251 for the future. What all vehicles had the 251? I know the put them in the Canadian trucks.

    1953 M37 value?

I agree with Storm prices seem to be more location dependent than anything, I bought my first in Texas back in 95 or 96 and paid 300, that was a smokin deal then, of course it needed about 1500 added to it just to get her up and running.Since then I have bought 3 more and never paid over 1500...

Starting new repower/conversion project w/M56 R2 Crash & Rescue Truck

Glad to see she is gonna live again, I agree it was too far gone to restore to original. I for one am glad to see some of these old trucks back on the road serving a useful purpose, better than goin to the scrapper.

    1962 M37B1 at Ft. Chaffee

Tried that, no dice, the National Guard museum in Little Rock has expressed an interest in it, so it will continue to rot here until they decide to move it there, where it will continue to rot outside the museum like all their other display vehicles.:x

    intake/exhaust manifold

Got a replacement from a friend of mine, as mine is in sorry shape. But this one looks to have a defect, looks almost like a crack , but then again not like a crack almost like a grind mark, got a light behind it and could't see any light coming through. Get it welded up or forget about it?

    Another roadside find

Here is a pic of a 52 I used to own, it had almost the same top and was bought in the same area, wonder if it was done by the same person?

    4A032 Electronic Ignition conversion?

I have the kit for my Mep 016A but as of yet have not installed it. Mine runs great in original configuration and I have several points sets in reserve for now, so I just got the kit for a possible future upgrade. I have never heard anything bad about it and some here really like it, I can see...
