I asked the GL rep up here about that as they sold a few 1008's at Ft. Chaffee that didn't require an EUC , he said thta was determined by DRMO, I see some trailers 1008's and 1009's out there for sale that require them. I just won a M101a2 out of hooks, no EUC and got the paid in full invoice...
