I had a couple that would not come off with my 1" impact. I used the duece tool with pipe wrench on a jackstand, with 14 feet of heavy walled pipe...pulled the threads off 2 studs. Put 2 new sets of studs,cap nuts and nuts on.
No pics....too ****ed busy trying to stop the flow with wood ash, rags and what ever was close by. Near as I could guess, there was about 7.5 to 8 gallons all over the shop floor. I really didn't think that there was that much stuff in the way before this happened.
Just remember that you need a container big enough to hold the amount you have in the feed system. The power went out on me and I found it about 30 minutes later. The 5 gallon jug did not hold the 30 or so I have been feeding it with.
I have 7 - 55 gallon drums of Calvus oil 68 given to me. It is Refrigerator(mileral) oil. It has a strong odor of ammonia.

That would be a start. You could also run for a council seat. Get a friend or 2 to run also. It is your town, just as much as it is theirs. Why not run them out. Just about as easy.
