Is the wiring ok? try unplugging the front ones from the flasher and jump the wires and see if they light up? if they do you may have to replace the flasher. if they dont light up you might have a short somewhere or something is ungrounded or it could be both those are my ideas. sorry if...

each battery is 12v, you could just replace it with a cheap one... or get commercial batteries. no idea about the charging thing though :oops:

how big of stuff do you want to move around? good way to justify the reason get one if you "need" stuff to be moved around :twisted:
