That is a good question. Searching for info on this I found two replacement valves, one was for 70 psi and one for 90 psi. That doesn't suggest that they can be adjusted. I am curious as well.
It was nothing fancy. I just bought the cheap metal frame 14" blades from Orielly's. I unbolted the little screw that held on the original wiper and slid the new one over the holder and put the bolt back in. It was very simple.

The electric winch will be the easiest to swap vehicles on also. Not that you would put a 18k winch on a receiver dolly................
They all have their positives and negatives.
I personally like the electric winch. All you need is a winch and batteries. Vehicle (running or not) is optional.
You may be able to find a large drill bit (for drilling steel obviously) that will work also. I have done this on similiar projects and it works well.
But, if you need a bit bigger than 1" it may not be worth the expense. I am not familiar with that particular issue.
