I watched the whole video twice and counted at least ten information inconsistencies.
I honestly dont believe this guy has owned this deuce for more than a day if at all! When he gets in to start it, he hits the start button before the main switch is on.... wait, I think ive done that too.:D
I tried using a house sprayer to spray a truck and found it applied too much paint, even with a smaller tip.
Switched to an automotive spray gun and thinned the paint by 10%,I find, a few thin coats works far better and cures out alot faster than when heavy coats are applied.
And of course...
I think you can but, if your clamping onto cut off steel line, that seems not to seal and hold as well as a barbed fitting or compression fittings.

2 axel 2.5 ton bolt pattern = 10 ton.
