Did you get a gear reduction starter?, when I replaced mine, that is what I used, about half the weight, cranks faster, no shims.

Make sure you read all the TMs, check brakes, bearings, everything that make your truck stop, then think about big tires, they have decent brakes when correct, but you do not want that much rolling mass without good brakes. welcome to the site.
