Some states won't process an SF-97. However there is a workaround, just get a title from a state that does accept an SF97 and then transfer it to a non SF97 state. This is why gov planet offers a Florida title as an option for a title document.

The only people I know of that have those brackets are hoarding them for kits. That particular bracket is in short supply on the surplus market. I can get them new but they are close to $500.00 each.

The belt fits between the blade and shroud. Do it one blade at a time.

I've changed belts without having to removing anything except the fan clutch air line. +1 on changing the water pump belt.
