It look like the gasser model 5 Ton Dump it does not have the exhaust stack on the right side if it is a gasser the exhaust would be routed along the lower right side and exit back between the dual drive wheels !!

What about using a tailgate net for a pickup ( Air Gate ) they are made of heavy nylon strap?? You could also go to a boat shop and have a net made of strap to match your truck colors !!
