Yes,
I removed the ring, flip the tire over flat on the ground and lift the rim out, the only tricky thing is the valve stem, you need to hold it out horizontally as you lift the rim out.
I just got done with 2 more, ring off, flip tire over break bead, lift rim out....Kenny I need a pic.....

I set my towbar with one hole showing when I flat tow, I was concerned about clearance between the vehicles (M109's) seemed to do fine, but 45 mph was about it as far as speed goes. Also had the front wheel oscillation problem on the tow when I first started out, came to a complete...

No, I got another M35 out of Santa Fe......it was one or the other and the M35 is a dropside I need for parts to complete my truck. I bid on it up to 2500.00....
