If you are careful with a dremel you could cut a small sliver in the nut to relieve the friction that's got you. Be careful not to nick the spindle threads or the outer bearing. I've done the same to get a lug nut off a stripped wheel stud.
You can pick up one of these bearing packers from an Advanced Auto Parts store. Cost is $7. I put in new Timken wheel bearings on my bobber and repacked them all with this packer.

Anybody interested in a brand new Pulsetech PCMDS complete with the multi-circuit distribution panel (8 - 24v taps, 4 - 12v taps) and solar panel? I have one new in the box. I could open it and take pics tomorrow.
My bobbed deuce could theoretically do 84mph because of the 16R20 michelins and 5 speed spicer transmission. Most I ever hit was 72mph on the interstate for a short duration. After the engine / tranny swap she maxes out at 55 mph. I run 50psi tire pressure.
Here's the 5 ton spare tire holder that I modified for my 16R20 spare tire/wheel combo. I had the bottom carrier assembly widened by a few inches for the wider Michelin XZL tire. Then I had to cut 13-3/4" out of the bed to accommodate the spare tire rack in front of it. Totally worth it. The...
Came across this YouTube video a few minutes ago. Looks like it was posted in February 2015. I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything. Shouldn't be a repost...

I did a quick search on Fleabay for the following keywords: "military packard wire connectors" and found a DIY set for $60. Some of our vendors may have kits as well. Good luck.
How much did the Grizzly locker set you back? I browsed a few sites and they listed them in the $470-500 range. Is there a reason you chose the Grizzly over the Detroit locker? Only major differences I could find would be the disengagement teeth are wider and supposedly 350% stronger in the...
Drove the deuce to Jeepsinker this morning and dropped it off for a repaint. Going with 686 tan. God speed Garrett!
I rode the governor for over 4 hours at 55 mph. No issues. Brought a ton of spares and tools but I took them all home with me because I didn't use them.
Neighbor across the street was trying to remove a huge Sago palm from his front yard yesterday. He asked me as he cranked his truck if I would mind helping him pull the palm if his Chevy truck couldn't do it. I told him sure I'd help. A few minutes later after the Chevy tried a few times...
I typed "carc oil stains" in the little search engine box on the top right corner of the site.
