I'd highly suggest getting a solid state ign. setup from Frank at classicheads.com. I've put them on all of the ferrets I've worked on. Makes life easier.
Looking for someone to haul a ferret hull from Maine to Georgia. I guess it would weigh about 2-3k. Would need a winch to pull it up on a trailer. I can help unload with a tractor here.
I can put you in contact with TASCOM if you want to see if they'll remove them from restriction. They certainly have no problem contacting me when there's something posted up that is restricted.

Yeah, I've got a bucket of stainless bolts laying around. Makes for good bar stock at times. The bolt I machined with the O-ring side faces inward to the opening shown. It gets held in place and sandwiched with the cap. I just mic'd the depth of the hole and the hole of the cap and gave...
So I needed something today to get my mind off a few things. I decided to tinker on this a little and made up my own closed center plug out of an old bolt.
Does anyone have any information about Commerical Hydraulic Kontak LTD valves? I'm working on a project and everything is pretty much working, but the valve body I have is a open center valve. I know some valves can be converted to closed center with a plug. Which is what I need. But I'm not...

Before I go. No, we can't make people read the -10. But like some others have mentioned berating people into "RTFM" simply drives them away. Hence the rule change about this type of discussion a while...
Dex 3 is fine for it. Dex6 is a better fluid, it's from a full syn. stock. You can go longer between service intervals with dex6. But in the case of most MV's, that's not really an issue.
IMHO, I'd just run dex3 for this, unless there was a good sale on dex6 at the time.

Congratulations to @thenderson08 you've won the drawing. I'll be sending you a message shortly to get the ball rolling on your prize. And I'd like to thank everyone else who's entered into the giveaway at this time!
On a side note. My webcam mic isn't the best in the world apparently.
