Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!

I've had my CUCV turbocharged for probably 10 years now. I've even towed way more than I should. (26K gross at least) I've never had a problem. The BMI kit comes with boost and EGT gauges as well. If you keep it under 10 psi you'll never have an issue. The power gains have been very...
Another update, I had planned on videoing the entire install. But Murphy (murphy's law) is really kicking my tail with it. No fault at all of the BMI kit. Just my sour luck. The HMMWV hadn't been driven in about a year honestly. I took it out prior to all this to a friend's son's birthday...
That's related to Apple. If you're trying to share from a device that doesn't have the image, Apple tries to share from the cloud instead of copying it locally and then uploading.

We've spun up a new forum here and I thought I'd start with a new project of mine. I'm turbocharging my HMMWV. My HMMWV started life as a M1038 2 man soft top. It has gone through a few changes. To a 4 man soft top. And lastly I've set it up as a slantback with a full turret. I've also...
I've managed to keep a good number of these scammers away with the manual approval system for new accounts. But I had one slip in Sunday. If you had a message from Kyle789, he is a scammer. I've censored his email address so hopefully anyone who hasn't read his replies will not have a valid...
I've added two more forums:
https://www.steelsoldiers.com/forums/3d-design-cnc-milling-printing.177/
https://www.steelsoldiers.com/forums/electronics-computers-and-homebrew-advancements.178/
This sounds like a great idea. I'm working on a few different forums right now and I'll add that to the list.
I do have a request though, anyone that has RV build threads that would like them moved, could they drop a link in this thread so we can move them over?
Here is a list of people that have upgraded during the contest window:

So, I've been thinking it over. Do we want the new section to be solely 3d printing? Or maybe all sorts of development? There's a few other tinkers here that play with Ardiunos and such to replace some of things like CTIS controllers as well? What about an entire new section and then...
I'm fine with it. Matter of fact I have a few printers. Creality CR-10 S5 (500x500x500mm capacity) printer, two prusa clones (220x220x220mm), and a Elegoo mars resin printer. The S5 is running just about non stop right now on a big project I'm working on. But the smaller prusa clones are...
What machine are you using? Have you gone to a larger nozzle? I'm running a .8 nozzle for the large prints I'm doing these days. Cuts the time in half. Given the design, I don't see much fine detail outside the "engraved" text.
Welcome to the MV of the month poll sponsored by Consolidated Press. The winner each month will receive a one of a kind decal with their win! If you need decals, magnets, stencils, or anything printing related, please give them a call!
Now, onto the vote! Please vote for MV of the month...
Please upload the pics like you've been doing. You're free to also post a link to the share as well. But it's much more engauging to other users to simply view the images you're talking about. Instead of following a link and digging through and trying to find the image they're searching for.
It's likely the user is accustomed to the old software that used to have a limit to number of private messages a user could store. That process is not the case anymore. Just like the change of private messages to conversation terminology by the software change. Perhaps message them to point them...
