Gypsyman nailed it with those plugs. They fit exactly and it looks good too!

    Radiator Repair and Improvements

Great job on the radiator. Looks like it's pretty strong, should hold up for a while. Did you buy that hose that length or was it cut down?

    Hard warm starts

That is weird. Was there any vacuum pressure in the fuel tank? I had some leaks and most of them causes air to get into the system, so it would start but then within 10-15 seconds, there would be a hard stall, where the air pocket was.

    power loss maybe...multiple questions...

I guess the benefit of that is, there wasn't any major mechanical issues.

    M35 Cargo bed cover mods

Usually those places that are family owned and ran, are few and far between. There was a place in NE, guys name that I know of was Seven. He had a bunch of parted out trucks and his prices were hard to beat. I don't even know if he's even still out there anymore, it's been a long time.

    Master tool list

At least one benefit of Snap-On, you can utilize their trucks for returning broken tools or buying new ones. I have mostly craftsman tools, which I got when Sears was around. I haven't bought them since, but I think it's Lowes who owns craftsman now if I'm not mistaken.

    Master tool list

A general mechanics tool set 3/8" & 1/2" drive will do 90% of any work you need to do. A basic 3/4" drive tool set will be enough to do the big jobs like the lug nuts. A basic set of standard wrenches will up to 1" will cover all other bases you can't use a ratchet and socket for.

    M35 Cargo bed cover mods

Dang, that sucks. If the other one is a M36 cover, maybe someone on here needs one or is willing to trade a M35 cover for it, that is if the seller doesn't accept returns.

    M35 Cargo bed cover mods

Nice. The top, is it vinyl? If so, there's paint specifically for vinyl if you wanted it to match your truck better. I know I have touched up a few spots on my vinyl cab top due to fading and it actually worked, not even peeling or anything so far and that's just normal Rust-Oleum rattle can paint.

I don't know why, but when I listen or read about others discussing canvas cargo covers on a deuce, I picture the deuce in Tremors 2 in my head, lol.

    OH No Luck in Ohio

That's not.bad at all! I had to go with Hagerty since I don't store mine indoors and everybody else was more expensive. I told them I just wanted to use it.for parades and shows and be able to drive it a couple times to work a week or every other week. They told me I can get coverage if I was...

    power loss maybe...multiple questions...

I would change the filters again and see if that helps. Check all your fuel line fittings for any seepage, by chance, any of the fuel lines been replaced and if so, was any sealant applied to the threads? Out of two deuces I haven't seen air bubbles in the return lines from the injectors so...

    power loss maybe...multiple questions...

I just had that same issue. It was a combination of a dirty fuel filter and a leaking fitting on the bottom of the IP. You obviously have clean filters ect. Does it ever stall after start up like a hard stall, even if the throttle cable is out a couple clicks? If not, I don't think there's an...
