I found a great answer for your painted tire issue PB...I removed them ... broke down the tires and rotated them....holy cow...now your tires are BLUE on the outside and gray on the inside.

March....just as long as I get the credit for starting it...ROL. Those Navy fellas are ok as long as they remain on ship.
