Did this on mine as well. I think the boot was like $20 with grease. My boot had split on a short drive to town and back (6 miles round trip). So I knew nothing was wrong internally. I cheated and used a funnel to "squeeze" it over.
I've removed a lot of unneeded and hateful discussion in this thread and moved the discussion to the facts. Do not use the forums for personal attacks.
Now to manufacturing a turbo. Unless you've got a nice 5 axis CNC mill, forget it. And trying to retrofit a modern turbine or impeller...
Poll is up. (Sorry would have done it yesterday but didn't get home until 11)

Enough of the bickering.
As mentioned earlier the -20 has the info needed. However since no one provided a link to it. Here you go.

Good ol' Kaspersky. They've registered the site with these alerts several times. Never been able to get an answer as to why or what they're blocking. Because, from what interaction I've had with them, they don't know what they're doing. (That's my personal opinion, if you'd seen the email...
A Torsen is not a LSD. It's a torque sensing/biasing differential. And I was speaking to just the carrier. Everything else you're going to have to gather/fabricate/have made.
I'd recommend considering the alternatives I posted. I've been down the path of putting oddball stuff into things...
The diff already turns at a high speed on a HMMWV, It has at the minimum 2.41 gears feeding into the gearboxes at 1.98. The option he's speaking about would eliminate that secondary reduction since the gearboxes no longer are employed. I do agree that he's going to spend a lot trying to...
It's related to a Dana 20 used in Jeeps. Not sure what the spline count is on them though, maybe they're the same. But if not, you'd be looking at custom axles. (You're going to have to have the axles redrilled for the 4-3/4" pattern, as well as adapting brakes.) And the Torsen diff in the...
Yeah, it's hitting a brick wall due to PHP's "out of the box" settings. I had to upgrade it last night to get a new adserver running for some of the ads (still working on that). But I didn't even think about some of the default values resetting.
Ahh I think I know what the issue is. I upgraded PHP the other night, but it reverted its settings back to 2mb limit. I'll updated it back tonight when things are slow. (Requires a bounce of the webserver)
Moved this discussion to it's own thread since it's not related to the spacing issue.
For both of you, I need to know a few things.
1. OS
2. Browser
3. Internet connection and UPLOAD speed (not download)
4. Filesize
And here's a test of me uploading a picture from a slow ATT DSL connection...
