RE: 800 series air filter #
Hey Lane. There was a discussion about this last week I believe. The conclusion was that there is no civilian counterpart filters available for the 809 or 939 series air filters. They will have to come from a MV dealer like Winslow.
I don't have my manual in...
Kenny, ummm, yes I did. I had tractor envy real bad. Needs a winch and some bigger tires :) Stay tuned for a full story after it gets home.
BFR, I always installed with gray anti-seize.
FWIW, I mounted the pyro for my EGT gauge in the manifold in both of my Dodges. One was a stock '04.5 600 Cummins and the other was a turned up 12V Cummins in my '95. No failures and very rapid response. I was amazed at how high my EGT's would get towing 8000 lbs with my stock 2004.5. I...
Dang, for a minute there I thought you meant you bid $1500 for a 105. I wasn't surprised that you didn't get a competing bid! Then, I figured out you meant the time, as in 3 PM! I was going to buy a few at Chambersburg yesterday and sell them to you for a grand a piece :)
Welcome to the party Iya! We can always use a few more Kansans around here. One of my best friends is a Jay Hawker from KC. I'm going to move your thread to the deuce forum.

So true. My 1009 gov-lock committed suicide whilst I was pulling donuts in a muddy field. It still worked OK in a straight line, but going around corners it went pop, pop, pop  The little weight from the gov-lock and...

AJM, I agree with the TruTrac as you can see from my post above.
Here's an interesting blurb I found on OffRoaders.Com about the Gov-Pop. It gives a good description of how it really works.

1992-99 F350. $1200 is a screaming deal! Maybe the prices have come down since a lot of the people who were running D60's have moved on to breaking Rockwells.

Ball-joints in the Ford HP D60. I drive a Furd so I had ball-joints on the brain.
I'm sure there are a few decent D60's to be had out there for less than a grand, but when I used to hang out on CK5 all the time there were countless...
