I dont think it was too bad. I believe the major concern is the engine. Tho it has wood blades. Sudden stopage in a engine is never very good so I am sure that the bulk of the repairs will be the engine tear down and inspection. As for the fuselage and gear, should not be too bad.

My friend "the chief", hammered into me about freeplay adjustment. In Vietnam, he painted 2 white bands on the brake and clutch for freeplay adjustments. Then during his inspections, he could check his vehicles.
