So, everyone is familiar with the standard M-series flasher relay? 2 bolts, 3 pin cannon connector, attaches to the drivers side firewall or inner fender, depending on model.
This one:
How many of you realize that the current replacements are absolutely worthless trash? Well, they are...
Saturn.

But, keep in mind that most of this stuff comes from one place and there are 50 people and businesses selling it. So getting it from White Owl is likely to be the same as getting it from Memphis.
I've done...
I would be willing to bet that what a lot of people think are ripped boots, cut open from debris offroad are actually splits in the rubber from it decaying from the grease.
These boot pictures are a set of boots 5 months after installation. They had come into contact with nothing but grease...
A Mule is bigger than it looks. It takes up every inch of an 8' longbed in a modern truck. I doubt you'd even get it in an M37 and if you did, it would hang beyond the tailgate.
Not always-sometimes an oval (or square, lol) tire will still balance ok.
If they have what's called a "road force" machine, they can actually measure how round the tire is.
A standard balancer, whether it's a 50 year old static balancer (can only correct for up and down imbalance) or a modern...
Here's a great story:
Have a friend who bought a deuce from GL. Wouldn't start, checked the plunger in the IP, it was stuck, hit the button and fired right off.
And that's when I heard the god awful sound, like a dozen claw hammers in a dryer. Sounded a lot like a CUCV.
Shattered cylinder...
Your staves should look like these: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?121172-NOS-Camo-Cargo-Cover-Kits-for-M35A2-M35A3-M35-M35A1-M211&highlight=
I am looking for a better picture in my files, if I find it I'll add it.
All dropside and standard bed cover components are the same...
OK, question.
The factory relay on our trucks have 3 circuits: constant power in, flashing power out and ground.
It appears the relay you spec'd (EG23) has 3 pins: a constant feed in, a trigger from presumably a turn signal switch and a flashing power output.

Flasher Quick Reference...
I know that guy. Matt Fox is his name, he owns quarter ton military jeep parts.
I've bought from him before.
I would just keep trying. He's always been reliable in my dealing with him
Ok, this is the video that the GL representative shot. I really want to thank him and GL for releasing this footage to us at no cost. This is the only video that was shot of the convoy other than Robo McDuff's.
Sorry this took so long-the GL guy was shooting in QuickTime, a format my video...
I have literally lost count of how many idiots own something of interest, be it an antique car, truck, vehicle, whatever; and it sits out in the open, deteriorating and there's no amount of money that will persuade them to get rid of them.
There is a '68 GTX about half an hour from me-I've been...
I'd call that Saginaw.
I do not think your column or wheel are in the wrong place. See my Jeep I shot 20 minutes ago:
AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Why won't my pics ever post right side up? Now I have to post them to photobucket and re-download them right side up, I...
That may be it. Not sure.
One of the guys posted this on the M35A2 FB page:
But that's definitely what I am after: replacing the stock, totally unreliable flasher with a better unit. I'll never buy another one again.
Ok, ya'll can start laughing now.............................
I need help finding a thread.
At some point in the quasi-recent past (12-24 months) someone (maybe more than one) had posted a thread where they had modified their factory M-series flasher relay with an off-the-shelf replacement...
From the top of the gas tank itself to the lowest point of the steering wheel is about 12 1/2". From the lowest point of the wheel to the top of the side tube of the seat frame looks to be about 11".
Look at the hole where the column comes through the floor-the tube should be perpendicular to...
