Charge 12v batt in 24v truck

This thread has links to more threads about them. There are 100, 200 and 400 amp units ( I think). http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?t=104921

Charge 12v batt in 24v truck

I'd like an answer on this as well. I have 2 trucks, but only one dual voltage output alternator. If you could charge a stand-along 12V battery with a cheap converter, that would be ideal. I thought anything that charged a battery had to have a variable output-like a voltage regulator.

HMMWV's for sale, no longer maybe, it happened

Just WWII Jeeps were a hair less than 648,000. 1940-ish to 1945. M38 is 45,473. M38A1 is 101,488 (some for export to other countries) Not sure how many 151's were built. According to AMG, about 281,000 HMMWVs have been built.

Alright, I love the Ga Rally Railroad.................... but you have to restore it! Not modify it. Here's your first picture for the rr forum Also, Ga Rally Railroad will require a caboose. I am old enough to remember cabooses and I am super sad just seeing a FRED at the end of a train.

As new as new can be surely you can see.

Headlights can be found cheap on eBay and at swap meets. We bought about a dozen at the 2012 MVPA National Convention in Huntsville for $12 a piece. Brand new in the box. All the smaller bulbs like tail lights and turn signals can be had at your local NAPA pretty cheap.

Prepping to buy a Deuce for farm use. Couple Questions..

The deuce is great for this sort of thing, but as somebody who has driven mules and jeeps up ramps to get into a deuce, my recommendation would be a used deckover equipment trailer from craigslist and a civvy hitch on your deuce. The angle going in and out of the bed will be severe. It's a lot...

    Picture order testing

What's going on? I drug several images to the bottom and one was "greyed" out but it wouldn't allow me to delete it.

    New guy with M35A2C

Although many were upgraded to electric wipers later on in their service lives, they weren't equipped that way from the factory. I have a copy of the USAF order form and they aren't on it. Of the 4 I've owned, bought directly from GL, none had the air wipers. My VIN plate was disfigured and...

    New guy with M35A2C

I'd say the odds are that truck is actually a 1988 model that someone mistakenly titled as a 1979 model.
