I'm not sure if this is even related to the fuel leak that you described, but my nylon fuel lines running to/from the booster pump, to the secondary fuel filters, and then back to the injection pump rubbed together until one (or more) holes formed so I replaced the whole gaggle of fuel lines...
If in long term storage, consider jacking the truck up and setting on jack stands, again, just like the RV folks do. Less work would be to at least separate the tire from the concrete/asphalt with some wood slats.
Thanks juanprado for the helpful info here! I think you've helped me with excellent input on all my projects ;)
I was thinking to just reuse the tubes and flaps from both trailers that I just dismounted (well, the first trailer only had 7.50x16 tubes, so would need 2 new tubes).
Speaking of...
I apologize for the jumping around of topics, but it is kind of how it is with new developments. I had left the 2nd tire and wheel from the donor trailer complete on the trailer so it could roll around (when the other wheels returned). Due to so much rust visible on the lock ring...
Bumping this old, OLD thread for a general safety question regarding what I quoted above:
If a wheel has a good, solid, not gouged/rusted out lip for the lock ring - is it perfectly okay to replace the ring only? Both wheel and (new) ring will be 100% cleaned up via steel shot blasting and...
A couple others I've pulled up through a quick search:

While I wait for the Powder Works in West Valley, UT to get done with my wheels, I decided I should start to look at tires so the trailer can get off blocks and be mobile again. The first trailer I bought had highway 7.50x16 tires (~31" tall tire). Very good tread condition but cracked...
You said earlier the driver ran away. So it was a hit and run, and they ditched the car?
Do you have insurance? Does the person responsible? Hopefully yes.... if so, I'd let said insurances pay to tow and have the truck repaired. They can do the leg work and acquire the parts at the heavily...
The suspension does NOT like being struck by cars. Likely a torque rod is damaged. I recommend testing all 12 ends of the torque rods with a pry bar as indicted by this magazine article in this post (#8 by cranetruck)...
Thanks for the reply! The deuce cab is rather thin... and all of them would be "blind". Madfarmersson has some excellent pictures of his cab reinforcement plate riveted into place:

Some information, links, and parts finding I was doing:
I just found these identifying pictures on BMGParts.com:

(Please forgive me BMG Parts & TNJ Murray for borrowing your pictures, but I wanted them here in case the links fail at some point)
Pictured...
Just found a pin for this very thing on TNJ Murray's (though to me, it looks a little small):

4 Years out-of-date on answering the question, but I just stumbled across an ammo can tray on TNJ Murray's:

Ammo can tray straps. These look like they fit the above...
Well, I know I'm of no help. I had similar wear on my deuce running the original bias ply 9.00R20 tires - except that wear was on the outside edge of the passenger tire - yours appears to be on the inside...
