I understand.
But I am not an attorney nor live in AZ and could only be how they interpret it - therefore I sure would look for legal advise there to make sure.
I am a lousy guesser and never play poker.
You said its an 1983 - its a 31 yr old truck - anything 25 years and older are Historic. I'd hate to tell you to read that thread again because its a long one.
I was only going give you a 25/75 chance and you made a wize decision on getting it shipped - get the TM's and learn about the truck...
I know its an old thread but seeing how it was brought up from the dead: (this is from Arizonia and current) No I am not an attorney nor representing any form of advising - just looking stuff up of what is available. Read #3

Thanks to Warthog who requested to have on file for review all the files researched so Swiss could do his thing - as soon as Warthog gets over his shock and awe of what came at him this morning - hopefully he can explain as an member what had to go into this just to find this data - research it...
I saw it - I was just sitting on the sideline waiting to see if anyone else caught it.
I knew you would finally correct it anyone as precise as you are and that is a GOOD thing Bro. But in reality that is how close you have to read this data and nit pick at it - you could read something else...
Before anyone gets hysterical this is the FEDERAL CODE OF REGULATION - but BEFORE you read this go back and read post #320 and then post #321.
It is left to each individual State to correct and change per their requirements and needs. Do you see the difference ?
ANY State can change their code...
I have sold the M43B1 to a fella out of Bellville Illinois who is a member of an MVPA group in that neck of the woods.
Invited Ron to ride down with me this morning - Thanks to PB and Tony for the hands on work of getting it pulled out and fired up.
It was a hard goodbye to the unit - anyone...
TobyS - 3DAngus has put an outstanding offer up that a few folks have taken him up on @matching funds and his input and assistance has been greatly appreciated - before starting another battle we need to finish this mission FIRST. Its a difficult road to hoe in this economy and you can see that...
Here is one for you to look at: http://dps.georgia.gov/amber-light-permit
With our shop service mobile truck it is required to have this decal - cost is $2 per year.
Some background - this issue has been before the State in the past but DID NOT PASS - it never made it to the FLOOR to get voted on (lack of support) but someone went through all the beginning effort to get that far. We are much farther at this time - but without that Lobbyist support that can...
Please read the entire Thread - as stated - Ga does not and will not recognize another States Title.
BUT - there are many that have passed into the system that are titled and registered - but they are not legal unless just flat historic vehicles.
If you have one and running it you are in...
Don't go into panic mode yet would be my biggest suggestion. Get your truck work on it and help us. The process in the General Assembly was posted a few pages back of what has to happen draft & Bill wise.
OK - to answer your loaded question:
If you look on the surface of the GA Motor Code...
Two fold answer for you and you will not like either one of them.
No to your inquiry - it cannot be legally titled or registered in the State of Georgia. NO MATTER what manufacture it was. This has nothing to do with only BMY HARSCO only.
Could it be titled under a given name or alias in the...

Or 322 posts and some are multiple posts - $2228.79 divided by 322 (some gave multiple times) =
We are almost there members - every little bit helps to reach our goal for future MVers in Georgia.
Your welcome - not bragging but I am a fleet manager for a major trucking co here in Ga - we cover the full US - when I took over the fleet they had a major issue with driveline failure and kingpins - I literally gave the 4 55 gallons drums of chit grease away and got in High Tack Grease - it...
Robo - gotta tell ya Bro - you have been a rock solid fighter in this and I salute you sir. Thank you for your concerns here along with the remainder of us in this endeavor and your $ support. True folks do stand out in a crowd and your one of them.
I'll go back to your original post - a moly grease ?
You need a high impact - non dispersal grease like a high tac grease that will not impact out.
Take a dab of your grease and stick it in the palm of your hand and clap your hands together - if that grease gets thrown out its the wrong grease...
