Whomever married the box and trailer together did a good job from the topside at least. That definitely looks like CUCV SECM body as mentioned but also looks really top heavy for the trailer Pics of the inside and underside would be great.

I didn't want to remove anything (could be another can of worms) so I always have done the heat treatment. Not talking about glowing orange, but enough to make things loosen up a bit. Always worked for me.

LOTS of penetrant and LOTS of heat. These are notorious for rusting up in any position. As mentioned, the end cap adjusters will not move under tension. Those also love to seize up. Heat is the way I have unstuck several that were frozen when I picked them up from auction. Take your time and...

Do not waste your money on a 2 row. Even without towing. I would take it to another repair shop and see what they say. If not, be prepared to spend some cash. They still make the copper/brass radiator, but a lot of guys have had luck with other models. Search or Looking back on old threads...
