Get all the mechanical working properly first - then go for looks. You can look as pretty as ya want - but it just might look pretty sitting on the side of the road broken down if its not all in order. Besides one of your least expense will be painting it.

Remember - it does NOT set off TDC - it is set to 5 degree's before TDC - you should have this mark on the crank pulley - if you cannot clearly see it - clean it. That assists in resetting the oil pump - they key on the oil pump drive is offset - it is not centered.

It runs perfectly fine on the liquid mixture I have - a few know personally what that is - it makes it shy of explosion and gets anything moving :naner::doghead:
