plewhiskey,
Thank you for taking the time to post all of these great pictures! I really appreciate being able to share in this event, albeit vicariously through your posts.

Well, the weather is great, but unfortunately my availability this month isn't! Looks like I will be working this weekend and next and then having a birthday party for my son the following weekend.
I'll keep an eye on this thread as you firm-up plans. If I can't make it this month, I'll see...
I'm still on my first cup of coffee this morning and not sure I follow. Are you implying that since others will pay more taxes (do to higher auction prices) then we might get a break in our tax bills? If so, I agree with mkcoen. The higher prices are only good for the tax collector.
Zout - You can't rush perfection! I can understand if someone were to get in a hurry, well... Who know's... This view of your M909 may have been posted >>>>

I had a similar issue recently. However, my steering gear box had Lucas in it and still leaked. I drained the box and re-filled with John Deere corn head grease.

Howdy from the north side of Houston!
two.fiveM35 said it. There are a bunch of SS'ers in the Houston area. We try to meet-up from time to time. This is a good thread to monitor for upcoming events:

I echo the thoughts expressed above. You have a very nice looking truck!
My truck is titled as a 1972 Reo Motors. However, there are a few SS'ers (guys that are much more knowledgable than I) that have looked at my truck and concluded it is an old gasser. Their opinions were based on the...
I purchased my first MV on April 14, 1997. The Tie Plant Fire Department in Mississippi sold "my" Kaiser M715 to a resident of Hinds County, Mississippi who, in turn, passed it on to me. I purchased the truck sight-unseen and had it hauled to my home in Arizona. I still clearly remember that...
