for my takeoff part that I will sell I believe these are all the pieces but if somebody notices I'm missing a piece let me know I'll look for it in my discard pile.

I found a nice option where I enlarged it only a little bit to round with two flats. You can see my post where I did that I also added LED lights inside the storage box

I installed little 12 volt LED panels under each door and three in the toolbox under the top front edge and under the left and right edges that face inward halfway down in. All of them will be activated by a door jamb switch

Very nice that's the same handles I got. Haven't installed them yet because I'm looking for a day where I have enough time to do it all in one shot

Ahh, McMaster-Carr, best organized website to purchase things ever! Sometimes a little on the pricey side but you pay for the convenience. Also best customer service ever, talk straight to a person! By the way if you purchase socket wrenches from them they are generally from proto tools, made in...
Which retainer cables do you need? I removed a bunch of stuff for my truck that I don't need and some of those may be what you need. Additionally I have several retainer cables hanging from the bed that have nothing attached to them and I don't know what would have attached to them and I don't...
I don't suppose I could get 13 ft of that roll for $100? I definitely don't need 60 ft of it. Just enough for the back panel and ceiling panel. Or divide that role into four 15-ft sections and sell individually.

I filled in all the crevices with insulating foam. you can see the results from my FLIR camera. then I'll do a layer of mylar bubble heat shield then a thin tempered fiber board headliner covered with the same fabric I used on my door panels. that I got from Costco

Yep see those! We were talking about turn signals and tail lights. By the way before you go buy and cheap Chinese headlights for 50 bucks go watch the video from headlight revolution on YouTube. Most of those so-called cheap Chinese headlights are complete crap. I managed to find a set of...
That is a fantastic idea!, And did I mention I'm extremely good at reverse engineering? Anyway I've hurt my foot and don't feel like working on my truck, at least I can stand long enough to disassemble one of those so I can start reverse engineering it

I designed, printed, from nylon with carbon fiber infill, and installed a custom mount ring to mount a truck light series 44 LED backup light into the standard military backup light housing.
I also did more work on the seat adapter brackets made from the radio shelf.

I go with Truck-Lite or Grote brand. Those brands are OEM for these trucks anyway!
Check out Grote 78163 LED Directional Amber Surface Mount Strobe Lights 12v (4 pack) on eBay...
I would not be surprised by that because every area of the truck where dust and debris could collect had like an inch of dirt in it! I believe this truck was formally stationed at fort Bliss and it must be very dusty there either that or it was deployed to the Middle East or Afghanistan.

A good update for the toolbox next to the hydraulic controls is to use this latch. Just file out the opening with the latch housing as a guide, or use a punch for the round with flat sides that the latch needs. Make sure you don't just drill a hole for the diameter of the lock barrel. I had to...
Unfortunately this system is not so sophisticated. It does not have wireless capability. It does however output to the crappy little monitor that it comes with the via HDMI, so there might be an HDMI receiver that it could plug into that could have Wi-Fi capability. There might be systems on the...
