Put the cable on the winch today. Used the 5 ton with the parking brake set for resistance. I didn't have a disabled tank. :smile:

Got the Fuel Tanks installed and the rest of the exhaust. Also wired and plumbed up the Jake Brake. It works real good.

I plan on driving my 10 ton tractor down early early early Friday morning.

Installed the Jake Brake today.

Just a couple of pic's of Mr. Hyde tig'n in the new bottoms. I hope to have this thing running under its own power sometime this week.

Found just a couple of leaks in my fuel tanks. Cut the bottoms out so I can clean them out and replace the bottom's with new metal.

Direct me to ten new 1400X24's and I will gladly put them on.:rolleyes:

Got the winch set in place today. Friend of mine came down with his boom truck to help out.

Got the back of the cab finished today. I lost a day yesterday because of rain. I hope to set the winch tomorrow. Mr. Hyde is not the fastest but he is doing a great job. Almost finished with the right side rocker and cut out the left side.

Fired off the engine this weekend and every thing checked out ok only had one little anti-freeze leak on the hard pipe from the comp. head to the front of engine. All the new power steering and oil lines check out good.

A little more metal work done, and mounted the wheels and tires.

What Im doing is just temporary If I dont sell it in the near future my plan is to one day do a complete restoration on this truck. So for right now Im just worried about the outside.

Availability, money, and time. As I said in previous post the sheet metal work is being done by a friend which frees me up to do other stuff.

Little more progress. I'm trying to get this truck completed by Feb. 12th so I can drive it to the Bellview show that weekend.

Got the engine back in today.
