Got it running will have drive shaft next week and hope to be driving thanks giving weekend will log and make adjustments to shift properties and speed ..

Also got to do rear support for the transmission you can see the brackect on one of the pictures

Finally got some help to put transmission in all torque to specs, next flash cooler and install all electrical and drive shaft and do some tunning more to follow..

Got the shifter and consol in , everything is wiring in just need to attach batt power and ignition to my buss barand just plug to transmission and pto more to follow..

Well is being a while i had accident at work lost a piece of my right thunb had to do surgery even do iam back at work not but ready to finish this yet but hope to get back at by holloween , did a few things to the transmission to get it resdy...

Boltted back some of the cab stuff , also cut the center consol so i can put a passanger air ride sit, looks like next weekend will install the 4500RDS.

Got around today to put together the flexplate and ring gear which are glue to the face of the ring gear just to hold it in place for assembly , use the flexplate ADAPTER to sándwich it all togethere to cure , used all 12 bolts and torque to specs, hopping next weekend i can install it. More...

Finally install the PTO now will try to borrow a jack to install it , more to follow...

Not cheap by any means but needed for the job, i got everything from Weller Truck parts in Michigan with the help of Joshua in the Allison Dept his knowledge is great. There is a rear support needed if not ussing the front support will post the number and picture when i get it...
